Temporis Legal Recruitment are thrilled to be working with a highly regarded North London firm who are looking for a residential conveyancing paralegal to join their busy property team. This role is entirely office based with no scope for hybrid or remote working.
Key Responsibilities:
- Supporting fee earners on residential sales, purchases, and remortgages
- Assisting with files from initial instruction to post-completion
- Preparing legal documentation and correspondence
- Liaising with clients, estate agents, lenders, and solicitors
- Ensuring files are compliant, accurate, and progressed efficiently
The firm are looking for a candidate who ultimately will be able and comfortable running their own caseload.
