Locum Band 6/7 Occupational Therapist (Older People & Integrated Care) in Surrey (Hampshire Border) Temporary Staffing Agency (TSA) is recruiting an experienced Band 6 or Band 7 Occupational Therapist to join an NHS Older People and Integrated Care Community Service on a locum basis. Start Date: ASAP Full Time The Occupational Therapist Role You will work within a community-based Older People and Integrated Care service, providing comprehensive occupational therapy assessments, rehabilitation, and care planning for patients with complex health and social care needs. The successful candidate will support individuals to maximise their independence, improve functional outcomes, and facilitate safe discharge and community living. You will work closely with multidisciplinary colleagues across health and social care services to deliver high-quality, patient-centred care. The role will also involve contributing to service development initiatives, supporting quality improvement projects, and providing leadership within the team where required.
