Our Client is seeking an experienced and driven Business Development Officer to join their team in Leeds. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and driving revenue both nationally and internationally.

Responsibilities:

  • Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities through networking, cold calling, and lead generation activities.
  • Conduct market research, analyse industry trends, and develop targeted sales strategies.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients through excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and conferences to promote our products/services.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions.
  • Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals.
  • Negotiate and close deals while ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a business development or sales role, preferably in the Healthcare industry.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and CRM software.
  • Full UK driving license and willingness to travel extensively within the UK and Internationally.
  • Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work within a small team.
  • Ability to multitask and manage multiple priorities effectively.
