My client are looking for an experienced Marketing Executive (1-2 years' experience) to support the Marketing Manager to combine marketing and social media skills to build and enhance the company brand. You will take responsibility for supporting all the company locations with local marketing, manage the company’s charity initiative, and provide administrative support to the Marketing Manager.
The Marketing Executive is responsible for promoting the company through original social media content, local marketing activity and community-led charity initiatives. The role combines creative marketing, brand awareness, social media management and strong organisational skills to help build and enhance the company brand. Working closely with and providing administrative support to the Head of Marketing, the Marketing Executive will take ownership of local marketing plans, coordinate charity activity and support the delivery of engaging campaigns across digital and offline channels.
The Marketing Executive reports to the Head of Marketing and works closely with internal teams, local site colleagues and external partners where required to deliver effective marketing, charity and community engagement activity. The role is office-based for at least three days per week.

What you’ll do in the role:
- Create, plan and manage company social media, Google Business Profile and email strategies; and track, evaluate and report regularly on performance
- Provide administration support to the Head of Marketing
- Manage and coordinate the company’s charity initiative
- Organise and manage the mystery shopping programme
- Create content for promotional materials and newsletters
- Manage the marketing material stock
- Liaise with internal local marketing teams
- Liaise with external suppliers to provide leaflets and marketing materials
Who we’re looking for:
We are looking for someone with a background in marketing and social media, through either experience or a Marketing/Business degree. Experience in the Hub Spot CRM system would be an advantage. The role requires someone who is organised, a confident communicator with a high attention to detail. This is a multi-faceted role which involves dealing with a variety of responsibilities; so a self-starter who can prioritise, work independently and manage their day effectively will enjoy this position.
