We are currently recruiting on behalf of a domiciliary care organisation for caring and reliable Care Workers to support elderly clients in their own homes across the Weybridge area. This is a rewarding opportunity for someone who enjoys helping others and wants to build a career in care. Full training, ongoing support and opportunities for progression are available.

- 45p per mile mileage allowance

The role:
As a Care Worker, you will provide person-centred care and support to elderly clients in their own homes. This may include:
- Personal care and support with daily living
- Meal preparation
- Companionship and social support
- Medication support following appropriate training
- Light household duties
- Supporting clients to maintain their independence
- Providing respectful and compassionate care
Requirements:
Due to the nature of the role, you must have your own reliable means of transport to travel between clients' homes. This can include:
- 🚗 Car
- 🛵 Scooter or moped
- 🚲 Bike / e-bike
Previous care experience is desirable but not essential, as training and ongoing support will be provided. We are looking for people who are reliable, compassionate, patient and genuinely passionate about supporting older people.
