We are currently recruiting caring, dependable, and professional Care Workers to provide high-quality domiciliary care to clients living in Weybridge and surrounding areas. This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about supporting vulnerable adults to remain safe, comfortable, and independent in their own homes.

Role Expectations

  • Deliver person-centred care with dignity, respect, and compassion
  • Support clients with personal care including washing, dressing, toileting, and grooming
  • Assist with medication prompts or administration where required
  • Prepare meals and assist with feeding if needed
  • Provide companionship and emotional support to reduce loneliness and isolation
  • Help with mobility and safe moving & handling
  • Carry out light household duties such as cleaning, laundry, and shopping
  • Keep accurate daily care records and report concerns appropriately
  • Follow care plans and company policies at all times
  • Maintain confidentiality and safeguard vulnerable adults
  • Arrive on time and manage scheduled visits professionally
  • Communicate effectively with clients, families, colleagues, and healthcare professionals

Requirements

  • Have a kind, patient, and positive attitude
  • Are reliable, trustworthy, and professional
  • Can work independently and use initiative
  • Have good spoken and written English
  • Are flexible with working hours, including evenings and weekends where required
  • Have previous care experience (preferred but not essential)
  • Hold a valid UK driving licence and have access to a vehicle
