This role is responsible for the end to end recruitment process of care and support workers, working as part of an Internal Recruitment team. Monday to Friday, day working (9.00am to 5.00pm), based at Head Office in Slough, working from beautiful, modern offices.

The Role:
- Carrying out the end to end recruitment process for care workers as directed by the Recruitment Manager.
- Developing recruitment campaigns ensuring that recruitment is organised and conducted expeditiously for all roles.
- Placing adverts on internal job boards and external recruitment job sites.
- Conducting initial screening, telephone and face to face interviews.
- Making recruitment decisions, generating job offer paperwork for candidates and working with the compliance team to ensure that all necessary recruitment administration.
The Person:
- We will consider any individuals with drive, enthusiasm and a willingness to learn about the Recruitment sector who may have previously worked in a retail/sales/hospitality role and are keen to succeed in one of the fastest growing sectors in the UK.
- You will be a well organised individual who is able to multi-task.
- You will have good communication and interpersonal skills and enjoy speaking to people.
- Ideally, you will have a Full UK Driver's Licence and access to your own car.
- Able to work on own initiative and adapt a solutions focused approach to work.
