Due to continued expansion, we are looking for experienced and non-experienced Care Support Workers to work in a Supported Living Service situated in Slough. We have multiple roles available, on both a Full-Time and Part-Time basis covering Morning, Evening and Day time working.
We are looking for people with experience with high levels of empathy and the ability to support vulnerable adults towards gaining independence. If you are someone who enjoys motivating and supporting others and driving their development, then this could be the right move for you.

- Supporting Service users with developing social skills and future independent living
Someone with a minimum of 6 months' experience within the care sector, ideally within mental health or Learning Disabilities within a care setting. Even if you do not have any formal experience in Care, but are compassionate, inspiring and highly empathetic, we would love to hear from you!
