We are currently recruiting on behalf of a well-established and reputable care organisation for an experienced Service Manager to oversee and lead high-quality, person-centred services in the Bolton area. Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage day-to-day service delivery, ensuring high standards of care
- Deliver outcome-focused, person-centred support in line with best practice
- Ensure full compliance with CQC regulations and local authority requirements
- Manage, support, and develop staff through supervision, appraisal, and training
- Oversee audits, quality assurance, and continuous improvement processes
- Build and maintain strong relationships with external partners and stakeholders
- Support individuals to access community opportunities and develop independence
- Handle employee relations matters including absence, performance, and investigations
- Participate in on-call duties as required
Requirements
- Previous experience in a Service Manager or similar leadership role within health & social care

- Understanding of the Mental Capacity Act and safeguarding practices
- Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop teams
- Excellent organisational and communication skills
- Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle
