With a strong reputation for delivering high-quality, person-centred care within the community, our client is looking for an experienced and compassionate Care Supervisor to join their growing team.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone who is passionate about delivering outstanding care, supporting care staff, and ensuring clients receive the highest standards of service in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities Supervise, support, and mentor a team of Care Assistants.

Conduct care assessments, reviews, and risk assessments.

Develop, implement, and update person-centred care plans.

Carry out spot checks, competency assessments, and quality assurance visits.

Support the recruitment, induction, and ongoing development of care staff.

Liaise effectively with clients, families, healthcare professionals, and local authorities.

Ensure compliance with CQC regulations, safeguarding procedures, and company policies.

Participate in the on-call rota when required.

About You We are looking for someone who: Has previous experience as a Care Supervisor, Senior Carer, or Team Leader within domiciliary care.

Has a strong understanding of CQC standards and person-centred care Has excellent communication, leadership, and organisational skills.

Is confident using electronic care planning systems.

Holds a full UK driving licence and has access to a vehicle.
