We are assisting our client to identify a professional and experienced HR Manager for their modern offices in West Drayton. You will shadow their current HR Manager who has planned to leave in January 2026, so please apply today to avoid disappointment.

The duties of the successful HR Payroll Manager will include:

  • Full ownership of UK payroll processing – start to finish (including starters, leavers, HMRC submissions, P45s, P60s, amendments and queries)
  • Manage recruitment end-to-end: job descriptions, advertising, shortlisting, interviews and offers
  • Lead employee inductions and coordinate training requirements
  • Ensure HR policies, procedures and records are compliant and up to date
  • Champion employee welfare, wellbeing and engagement
  • Oversee employee benefits and pension administration
  • Support annual performance review processes and HR projects
  • Manage day-to-day office administration, facilities, and Health & Safety for 2 locations
