Exports and Sales Administration ? We are looking for an
Export Administrator
to join a busy and growing team, supporting international customers from initial enquiry and quotation through to order processing, invoicing and delivery. The Role Learning how to respond to international customer enquiries and
producing customer quotations . Processing sales orders accurately and efficiently and preparing and issuing
pro-forma invoices . Preparing commercial invoices and relevant
export/shipping documentation . Monitoring orders and keeping colleagues updated throughout the process. Liaising internally to ensure orders are processed, dispatched and invoiced correctly. Maintaining accurate customer, order and shipment records. Resolving order, delivery, documentation and customer queries efficiently. Providing general administrative support to the Sales and Exports and Procurement team. About You We're looking for someone who is: Highly organised with
excellent attention to detail . Minimum 1-2 years; experience in a similar Administration role Comfortable preparing quotations, invoices and customer documentation and possesses a decent typing speed Able to manage multiple orders and priorities at the same time. Proactive, reliable and able to take ownership of tasks. Confident using Microsoft Office and especially Microsoft Excel software Keen to develop their knowledge of
exports and international trade . Previous experience in
Export Administration, Sales Administration, Order Processing, Shipping, Logistics or International Customer Service
would be highly advantageous. Knowledge of
export documentation, commercial/pro-forma invoicing, customs procedures, Incoterms or international shipping
would be beneficial and would attract the higher pay bracket, but is not essential. Why Apply?
