A great entry‑level opportunity to join a fun and friendly team, working for a high successful and fast growing automotive business who specialise in the distribution and supply of automotive car parts. We are in search of an enthusiastic and customer focused individual to work as a Customer Telesales Order Processor.

This is a hybrid role, covering customer order processing, telesales and technical customer support and would suit someone who enjoys spending time speaking to customers on the phone and developing their sales and account management skills (full training provided in role).

Key Features of the role:

  • Inbound Customer Call Handling (B2B)
  • Sales Order Processing and expediting customer orders for timely despatch
  • Using company CRM software to record all customer transactions (Training provided)
  • Providing Technical support to customers
  • Developing sales knowledge and cross‑selling and up‑selling of products

This role offers full training on all aspects of the role and the post holder will initially be dealing purely with inbound customer calls. As you develop in the role, you will be given more outbound calling responsibilities and have the opportunity to earn generous commissions.

In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have come from a Retail/Customer services, Telesales or Hospitality background, ideally having worked within a targeted sales/customer services background. You will need to have a good telephone manner, with good spoken English communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.

The working hours for this role are Monday – Friday 09.00am – 5.30pm. Starting Salary – £17,500 per annum + £40/month attendance bonus + generous commissions.
