Job Description: Care Worker Location: London Borough of Hillingdon and surrounding areas Reports to: Field Care Suporvisor / Service Manager CCS Homecare Services are providing essential care to the elderly and vulnerable adults across the London Borough of Hillingdon. This is a really rewarding key worker role, which offers a real feel good factor, whilst offering a flexible working pattern and opportunities to progress your career in a secure and fast growing industry sector. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for care workers who are truly passionate about deliveringhigh quality care to vulnerable adults within the community. It is not necessary for you to have a background in care, but we are looking for individuals with empathy, compassion, creativity and commitment and those who genuinely want to make a positive difference to other people’s lives. You will support our service users by enabling them to improve their quality of life and helping them to achieve their desired goals. You are required to provide personal, domestic care and companionship to vulnerable adults/elderly intheir own homes. Key responsibilities will include; but not be limited to: – Providing service users with the appropriate level of care in accordance with their support plan. – Safeguarding the rights and dignity of service users – Supporting service users to build their confidence, self-esteem and their ability to manage their mental health Symptoms Supporting service users to take their medication Support service users with their daily living skills and domestic chores Accurately keeping daily records Maintaining service user\’s independence Assisting with personal care to both male and female service users Requirements: Must drive own car/motorbike/moped/electric bike (no electric scooter.)
