We are seeking an experienced Customer Order Processor to join our clients growing team. This role is ideal for individuals who are customer focused, enthusiastic and motivated to build connections with B2B customers. Full training is provided in the role, starting with Tech and customer support & order processing with existing clients and then progressing on to inbound and outbound order processing/sales calls.

Key Features of the role:
  • Deal with customer enquiries and tech support calls
  • Accurately process customer orders for automotive car products and automotive technology.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm order details and resolve any discrepancies.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth order fulfilment and delivery.
  • Maintain accurate records and update systems with order information.
  • Respond to customer inquiries via email, phone, or chat with professionalism and efficiency.
