Job Title: Care Workers x 5 (Full-Time/Part Time) Location: North London This is a really rewarding key worker role, which offers a real feel good factor, whilst offering flexible working patterns and opportunities to progress your career in a secure and fast growing industry sector. These are Temp to Perm roles for β so we are ideally looking for people who want a permanent job. Due to continued expansion, we are looking for care workers who are truly passionate about delivering high quality care to vulnerable adults within the community. To be considered for this role, you must have your own transport and it would be ideal for you to have a background in care. We will however consider drivers, who have worked in other industries and are considering a career in care. We are looking for individuals with empathy, compassion, creativity and commitment and those who genuinely want to make a positive difference to other peopleβs lives. The key geographical areas we are searching in are: EN1, EN2, EN3 & N13 post codes Key responsibilities will include; but not be limited to: Providing service users with the appropriate level of care in accordance with their support plan and maintaining accurate records; Safeguarding the rights and dignity of service users; Supporting service users to build their confidence, self-esteem and their ability to manage their mental health Symptoms; Supporting service users to take their medication and assisting with personal care; Support service users with their daily living skills and domestic chores.
