As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day-to-day business, working alongside our Senior management team and an amazing team of caregivers.
What you’ll do as a Registered Manager:
- Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
- Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim to maintain a "Good" or achieve a higher rating
- Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients and carry out risk assessments
- Assess new referrals and designing person-centred care plans
- Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
- Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
- Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
- Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
- Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
- Support business growth and meet commercial targets
Qualifications:
- NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
- Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
- Proven leadership in care management (ideally within Domiciliary/Home care services)
- Committed to delivering high quality, person-centred care and support to service users
- Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car (mileage paid)
- Right to work full-time in the UK
