As the Registered Manager, you will play an instrumental part in building on the success of our established office. You will be a fundamental pillar in the overall smooth running of the operation and day-to-day business, working alongside our Senior management team and an amazing team of caregivers.

What you’ll do as a Registered Manager:

  • Lead and support your team to achieve the best outcomes
  • Ensure compliance with CQC regulations and aim to maintain a "Good" or achieve a higher rating
  • Oversee health & safety for staff and Clients and carry out risk assessments
  • Assess new referrals and designing person-centred care plans
  • Continuously improve processes for top-quality care delivery
  • Recruit and retain high-quality care assistants, ensuring strong training programs
  • Manage scheduling to meet client needs and deliver exceptional care
  • Handle quality assurance through spot checks, reviews, and audits
  • Take part in the on-call rota to ensure 24/7 support
  • Support business growth and meet commercial targets

Qualifications:

  • NVQ Level 4 or QCF Level 5 in Social Care (or working towards)
  • Strong knowledge of CQC criteria for Good and Outstanding
  • Proven leadership in care management (ideally within Domiciliary/Home care services)
  • Committed to delivering high quality, person-centred care and support to service users
  • Full UK/EU driving licence and daily access to a car (mileage paid)
  • Right to work full-time in the UK
