Are you an experienced and dynamic sales/call centre manager, looking for your next challenge within a fast growing company and fast growing industry sector? We are looking for a motivated Sales Team Leader, with a growth mindset to lead a small team of Sales Advisors and support the company to achieve ambitious growth goals, whilst maintaining the highest levels of customer services.

Your Role:

As a Sales Team Leader, you’ll:

  • Coach and train your team to excel and hit key performance indicators (KPIs).
  • Train and develop the team in navigating customers through the sales process and converting enquiries into sales and reservations (inbound calls and email enquiries).
  • Be responsible for the professional development and management of your team; focusing on sales training, coaching advisors on quality, personal development and monthly 121’s and performance management.
  • Ensure customers are given the best customer experience and customer journey, starting from the initial enquiry stage, all the way to the end of their contracts - with the aim of driving repeat custom.

  • Proven sales leadership experience (3+ years), ideally within a call centre/telesales environment (this role involves dealing with inbound calls and emails).
  • Strong coaching, communication, and organisational skills.
