We’re looking for a highly organized and data-informed Content Merchandising Specialist to support merchandising execution across a global well-known Media Broadcasting Entertainment Provider for U.S. and UK markets. This role will focus primarily on U.S. in-app merchandising strategy execution while maintaining operational continuity during a major platform transition period.

You’ll collaborate cross-functionally with Programming, Product, Marketing, Operations, and Network teams to drive engagement, content discovery, and viewership across streaming surfaces. You’ll be responsible for homepage merchandising, featured rails, genre page promotions, campaign execution, performance optimization, and platform workflow coordination across a fast-paced streaming environment.

What You’ll Bring:

  • 4–6+ years in content merchandising, streaming, digital media, or OTT environments
  • Experience managing in-app merchandising and content curation workflows
  • Strong understanding of engagement metrics and performance optimization
  • Familiarity with CMS tools, platform publishing systems, and merchandising workflows
  • Ability to manage multiple stakeholders across markets and functions
  • Experience collaborating with Product, Marketing, Programming, and Operations teams
  • Strong attention to detail and execution quality in high-volume environments
  • Expertise in managing high-profile content franchises and aligning merchandising with major promotional tentpoles

Nice to Have:

  • Experience with Platform Video Channels (PVC)
  • Background in SVOD, AVOD, FAST, or connected TV platforms
  • Experience supporting global or multi-market streaming operations
