We are seeking an experienced Change Lead to play a pivotal role in a large-scale, global AI transformation programme. This is not a traditional AI initiative focused on chatbots or informational tools—this programme is centred on embedding AI agents into core business operations to reshape how work is performed.
The initiative will:
- Integrate AI into end-to-end processes
- Replace manual operational tasks
- Automate day-to-day activities
- Deliver measurable efficiency gains through agentic AI
This transformation will drive significant organisational change and requires strategic, hands-on leadership to ensure successful adoption across a complex, multi-country environment.
As the Change Lead, you will take ownership of designing and delivering the change strategy from the ground up. Initially operating as the sole change resource, you will define the framework, build the change network, and lead adoption efforts globally. A key focus will be on managing varying stakeholder sentiment around AI—including addressing concerns around automation and workforce impact, while building engagement and trust.
Key Responsibilities
- Define and implement the end-to-end change strategy for a global AI transformation programme
- Establish and build a change governance structure and network from scratch
- Lead stakeholder engagement and communications across multiple regions and functions
- Drive organisational buy-in and adoption of AI-driven processes
- Identify and proactively manage resistance to change, particularly around automation and job impact
- Develop and execute strategies to support behavioural and operational change
- Work closely with senior stakeholders to influence and drive commitment to the digital strategy
- Assess change impacts, risks, and readiness across the organisation
- Deliver in a highly structured, fast-paced environment with minimal ramp-up time
Key Requirements
Essential Experience
- Proven track record in enterprise-wide change management / transformation programmes
- Experience delivering large-scale organisational change in complex environments
- Exposure to AI, automation, or digital transformation initiatives
- Demonstrable experience managing resistance to automation or AI-driven change
- Strong ability to engage and influence senior stakeholders
- Expertise in strategic change planning and structured delivery methodologies
- Ability to operate independently and lead from the front
Highly Desirable
- Experience deploying AI agents within operational or supply chain environments
- Background in end-to-end process transformation
- Experience where automation has replaced manual operational tasks
This is a unique opportunity to lead change at the forefront of AI-driven organisational transformation, shaping how AI is embedded into real business operations on a global scale. If you are a strategic, resilient Change Leader with experience navigating complex transformations and influencing at senior levels, we would like to hear from you.
