What you will be doing? Attract, engage and recruit experienced tech specialist across the world Match the best talent with our clients, in order to keep them in front of their competitors Build relationships, creating a deep and broad network of candidates across the world Work with some of the world\’s best-known Finance, Retail, Energy, Automotive and Pharmaceutical brands Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and become a specialist in IT, finding your niche within the industry Support candidates to find and enjoy rewarding career paths What we are looking for? Previous experience in a recruitment role in any sector Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships Excellent communication skills Collaborative approach and passion for diversity Excellent organizational skills Passion for connecting with people Driven, Ambitious and self-starter mentality A second language fluency would be a bonus- particularly German, French, Polish, or a Nordic language.
