Moving past a successful proof-of-concept, you will act as the sole change architect at the programme’s inception, scaling an industrialized multi-country deployment over the next 12–18 months. What You Bring:
- Enterprise Transformation Pedigree: Extensive background leading large‑scale organizational change within highly complex, global matrix organizations (ideally with a Big 4 or top‑tier consulting foundation).
