Program Manager (Non-IT) Location: Remote with the flexibility required for cross-time zone collaboration (GMT/PT/ET). What You’ll Do? As a Program Manager for our global Technology client, you’ll drive strategic projects in design-led, non-IT programs like engineering, R&D, product rollouts, and operational initiatives. This exciting opportunity supports high-priority horizontal efforts, collaborating across teams to deliver results that matter. Your Role Driving Design-led initiatives; planning and leading Design-led programs with strong partnerships requiring deep understanding of Product lifecycle and Design best practices. Prior experience shipping products, working cross-company (and with multiple teams/orgs) to define and drive outcomes. Coordinate projects, making detailed plans to accomplish goals and directing the integration of technical activities. Present and explain proposals, reports and findings to clients. Recruit employees, assign, direct, and evaluate their work, and oversee the development and maintenance of staff competence. Analyze technology, resource needs and market demand, to plan and assess the feasibility of projects. Confer with management, production and marketing staff to discuss project specifications and procedures. Review and recommend or approve contracts and cost estimates. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. ️ Your Key Responsibilities Plan, direct, and coordinate complex cross-functional projects. Partner with design leaders to strategize and assemble effective project teams. Lead cross-company initiatives, manage milestones, and align stakeholders. Analyze resource needs and market demands to ensure project feasibility. Maintain program documentation, optimize workflows, and foster accountability. Direct, review and approve product designs and changes. Consult or negotiate with clients to prepare project specifications. What Makes You Shine? Exceptional communication and leadership skills. Strong experience in strategic planning and stakeholder management. Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and other project management software. Design/product lifecycle knowledge preferred, including operational excellence. Qualifications Bachelor’s or Master’s in Communications, Marketing, Business, or related field. 6+ years of program/project management experience (PMI or PMP preferred).
