We’re looking for a Production Coordinator, Presentation Scheduler - Entertainment to join a global leader in media and entertainment — a company with a vast international footprint across sport, streaming, film, and television.
In this pivotal role, you’ll sit at the heart of broadcast operations: creating precise schedules, optimising commercial breaks, and making sure daily programming goes to air without a hitch. From live sports to blockbuster entertainment, your work will shape how audiences across Europe connect with world-class content.
What you’ll do:
- Build and optimise programme schedules for sports and entertainment channels.
- Collaborate with Sales & Marketing to maximise on-air commercial impact.
- Partner with Content, Compliance, and Transmission teams to ensure smooth delivery.
- React swiftly to live events and last-minute programme changes.
- Guarantee schedules always meet branding, regulatory, and technical standards.
- Broadcast coordination, channel planning, programme scheduling, production scheduling with scheduling tech systems.
What you bring:
- Proven experience in commercial or free-to-air broadcast scheduling.
- Proficiency in scheduling tech systems (e.g., What’sOn or similar).
- Solid understanding of broadcast workflows and compliance (OfCom, BLM, CSA).
- Calm, detail-driven, and confident communicator — especially under pressure.
- A background in sports or live broadcasting is a distinct advantage.
