A leading global Media & Entertainment business is hiring a Marketing Manager to lead international product strategy across TV, Kids and Franchise content. This is a commercially focused marketing role spanning:
- Digital (EST / VOD)
- Physical (4K, Blu-ray, DVD)
- International licensee markets (ANZ & others focus)
You’ll shape release strategies, optimise campaigns, manage partner marketing plans and drive sales performance across multiple territories.
Qualifications
- International product marketing experience (3–5+ years), ideally within entertainment, home entertainment, video distribution or Digital FMCG
- Experience managing new releases and catalogue/lifecycle strategy across multiple territories (ANZ exposure a plus)
- Strong understanding of both digital (EST/VOD) and physical (4K, Blu-ray, DVD) distribution channels
- Experience managing distributors, licensees or international partners, including reviewing marketing plans and influencing without direct authority
- Commercially and analytically strong — comfortable analysing sales performance, pricing, promotions and forecasting
- Franchise / TV / Kids category exposure with a genuine passion for film and television
- Confident cross-functional stakeholder management across regional teams, HQ, operations, legal and supply chain
- Advanced Microsoft Excel (pivot tables, lookups, forecasting, sales analysis)
- Strong PowerPoint skills for building commercial presentations and performance reports
- Experience using digital retail platforms (e.g. Amazon Vendor/Seller Central, Apple TV/iTunes Connect, Google Play Console)
- Exposure to retail sales data tools (e.g. GfK, Nielsen, POS reporting systems)
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS), digital asset management (DAM) tools or title planning/release calendar systems
- Experience tracking marketing spend, budgets and campaign ROI
