The Challenge: Hardcore Operational Change. We are seeking a data-driven Senior Change Lead to anchor a high-profile, enterprise-scale Agentic AI rollout within the Supply Chain and operational functions of a global Energy leader. Moving past a successful proof-of-concept, you will act as the sole change architect at the programme’s inception, scaling an industrialized multi-country deployment over the next 12–18 months. This initiative embeds autonomous AI agents directly into workflows, replacing legacy operational tasks and automating manual steps. Because this fundamentally shifts day‑to‑day human responsibilities, you must possess sophisticated resistance management skills to confidently navigate workforce anxiety around automation‑driven role displacement.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Shape Strategy & Governance: Design and execute an enterprise‑grade change framework (Prosci/ADKAR/APMG) and build global change networks from scratch.
  • Mitigate Resistance: Proactively manage organizational friction linked to automation and changing operational responsibilities.
  • Partner with Executives: Influence and align senior global stakeholders across business, trading, technology, and logistics functions.
  • Drive Rigorous Adoption: Operate autonomously within a fast‑paced, highly structured consulting‑style delivery environment to monitor behavioral readiness.

What You Bring:

  • Enterprise Transformation Pedigree: Extensive background leading large‑scale organizational change within highly complex, global matrix organizations (ideally with a Big 4 or top‑tier consulting foundation).
  • AI & Automation Literacy: Proven experience managing change for AI, intelligent automation, RPA, or end‑to‑end operational process transformations.
  • Sector Familiarity: Prior exposure driving change within Supply Chain, Logistics, Procurement, Energy, Trading, or Manufacturing sectors.
  • The Frameworks: Expert‑level mastery of structured methodologies (Prosci, ADKAR, APMG, or equivalent).
  • Immediate Impact: Complete autonomy with minimal ramp‑up time. Due to the immediate requirements of the rollout, candidates with standard 3‑month notice periods cannot be considered.

To Apply: If you thrive in high‑rigor environments where change is treated as a core business discipline, apply with your latest CV or reach out directly with your CV, daily rate expectations Inside IR35 and current availability to interview and start from the first week of June onwards.
