I am looking for a highly analytical and commercially minded Senior Data Analyst / Analytics Engineer to lead the development of impactful dashboards, scalable data models, and automated reporting solutions. This is a unique opportunity to work with senior stakeholders, transform complex business requirements into actionable insights, and influence decision-making at scale.
Key Responsibilities
- Dashboards & Visualisation: Design and deliver high-quality dashboards using Power BI, Tableau, SQL, Excel, and related technologies.
- Stakeholder Partnership: Partner with business stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into effective analytics solutions.
- Data Modelling: Build and maintain robust data models, ensuring data quality, accuracy, and adherence to governance standards.
- Automation: Drive reporting automation and the continuous improvement of analytics frameworks.
- Strategic Impact: Present insights, trends, and recommendations to senior leadership and cross-functional teams.
- Best Practices: Champion best practices across data modelling, visualisation, and reporting standards.
Experience: 5+ years in Data Analytics, Analytics Engineering, Business Intelligence, Business Analysis, or related disciplines.
Technical Expertise: Advanced proficiency in Power BI and SQL.
Core Competencies: Extensive experience in data modelling, data transformation, and dashboard development.
Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to manage stakeholders and gather requirements effectively.
Soft Skills: Excellent communication and data storytelling skills.
