We’re hiring a commercially strong Sales Planner to join a global ad sales team managing multi-territory campaigns across EMEA & APAC. If you have experience in media sales planning, ad sales operations, or account management within a broadcaster, OTT platform, digital publisher or media agency, this role offers strong exposure to international campaigns and revenue ownership.

Daily Work

  • Build proposals, media plans & client presentations
  • Manage campaigns end-to-end (booking, optimisation, reporting)
  • Handle contracts, invoicing & revenue forecasting
  • Coordinate clients, agencies & internal teams across territories
  • Supervise a Sales Assistant
  • Learn and use bespoke company wide programs
  • Ad hoc use of Salesforce, GAM, Operative/FreeWheel/Mediaocean

We are Looking For:

  • 2–6 years in media sales / ad sales ops
  • High Attention to Details
  • Adaptable with appetite for learning new skills
  • Strong Excel, PowerPoint
  • Experience with international campaigns
  • English essential (European language a plus)
