    • Align testing activity with programme timelines, cutover planning, and delivery objectives.
  • Large-Scale UAT Leadership
    • Lead and coordinate UAT across chartering, voyage estimation/execution, bunker management, and freight economics.
    • Partner with vendor and business teams to ensure realistic, end-to-end scenario coverage.
    • Own UAT outcomes, sign-off processes, and articulation of residual risks.
  • Custom-Built Functionality Assurance
    • Maintain oversight of all bespoke functionality delivered alongside IMOS.
    • Define and implement fit-for-purpose testing approaches for custom components.
    • Ensure customisations are fully integrated into system and UAT cycles.
  • Integration & End-to-End Testing
    • Own testing across the broader ecosystem, including financial, trading, settlement, and reporting systems.
    • Ensure data integrity, reconciliation, timing accuracy, and controls across platforms.
    • Validate seamless interaction between IMOS and all integrated solutions.
  • Defect & Quality Management
    • Lead defect triage, prioritisation, and resolution processes at programme scale.
    • Focus on issues impacting freight economics, operational execution, and financial outcomes.
  • Cutover & Go-Live Readiness
    • Provide critical input into cutover planning and rehearsal activities.
    • Deliver evidence-based go/no-go recommendations to programme leadership.
    • Support transition into hypercare and early-life support.
Required Experience & Skills
  • Proven track record as a Test Manager on large, complex programmes within trading, logistics, or shipping.
  • Strong understanding of freight and shipping operations, with IMOS experience highly desirable.
  • Extensive experience delivering SIT, UAT, and non-functional testing across multi-system environments.
  • Demonstrated experience testing custom-built solutions alongside vendor platforms.
  • Expertise in integration and end-to-end testing across enterprise systems (e.g., CTRM/ETRM, finance, reporting).
