The Role
- Lead, energize and elevate our London sales floor, creating an environment where people feel inspired, hungry, and unstoppable.
- Manage, coach and develop a team of 10 Recruiters & Client facing managers (180/270/360 mix), driving performance through coaching, structure, accountability, and a winning culture.
- Champion excellence in systems, especially our CRM (Mercury), ensuring every consultant is highly organized, data-driven and system-literate.
- Act as the bridge between regions, clients, and senior leadership, ensuring strategy, communication and execution are aligned across the UK, USA, LATAM, Spain, France and Switzerland.
- Build deep, multi-level client relationships and oversee the pitch-to-placement lifecycle, leveraging our direct client model and global agreements.
- Drive high delivery performance across regions, using structured day plans, coaching, KPI monitoring, talent planning, and hands-on leadership.
