We’re hiring a Seasoned Business Analyst with deep knowledge in Exchange-Traded Derivatives, Capital Markets, and Regulatory Compliance to help drive key initiatives across our trading systems. This is a critical role where you’ll act as a bridge between trading, technology, and compliance, delivering scalable, regulatory-compliant systems that power billions in transactions.

🌍 Hybrid 2 days weekly | SC Cleared | Immediate Start | London or Surrounding Areas

💼 What You’ll Do:

• Be a trusted advisor and SME across trading and tech teams
• Translate regulatory, operational, and trading needs into smart, scalable tech solutions
• Dive into the full RFQ, order, and trade lifecycle
• Drive algorithmic trading systems, ensuring alignment with MiFID II & RTS6
• Collaborate with global teams to support application rollouts, upgrades, and exchange certifications

✅ You Bring:

• 8+ years in Commodity Trading, Capital Markets, or Investment Banking
• Expertise in exchange-traded derivatives lifecycle
• Experience with platforms like TT, NYFIX, Bloomberg, TradingScreen
• Strong FIX protocol and market data (Bloomberg/Refinitiv) understanding
• Python and SQL proficiency—bonus if you know PowerShell or C#
• Knowledge of MiFID II, EMIR, and FCA regulations
• Solid grasp of Linux/Windows, networking, and messaging protocols
• Clearance: Active SC clearance preferred
