We are seeking a talented and experienced Engineer/Developer with deep expertise in Google CCAI and DialogFlow to join our team. In this role, you'll be responsible for designing, developing, and deploying voice bots, with a strong focus on leveraging conversational AI to enhance customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
- Design and develop intelligent voice bots using Google DialogFlow
- Integrate DialogFlow with various backend systems and APIs
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand requirements and implement AI-powered solutions
- Contribute to the development of GenAI-enabled voice bot solutions
