What you will be doing?
- Attract, engage and recruit experienced tech specialists across the world.
- Match the best talent with our clients, in order to keep them in front of their competitors.
- Build relationships, creating a deep and broad network of candidates across the world.
- Work with some of the world's best‑known Finance, Retail, Energy, Automotive and Pharmaceutical brands.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders and become a specialist in IT, finding your niche within the industry.
- Support candidates to find and enjoy rewarding career paths.
What we are looking for?
- Previous experience in a recruitment role in the IT sector.
- Ability to build strong client and candidate relationships.
- Collaborative approach and passion for diversity.
- Excellent organizational skills.
- Passion for connecting with people.
- Driven, ambitious and self‑starter mentality.
- A second language fluency would be a bonus – particularly German, French, Polish, or a Nordic language.
