Are you a Finance Systems Specialist with a deep understanding of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP integration within global retail operations?
We are seeking a Finance Manager – Global Compliance & ERP to join our Global Experiences client. Sitting at the intersection of Finance, Retail Technology, and Operations, you will act as the primary Finance Subject Matter Expert (SME) for high-impact D365 retail technology initiatives, global UAT stress testing, and seamless data interface governance into SAP.
Key Responsibilities
- Finance SME & Tech Initiatives: Serve as the Lead Finance Systems partner for all global Microsoft Dynamics 365 retail initiatives across US, EMEA, and APAC regions.
- UAT & System Stress Testing: Drive global UAT, stress tests, and system maintenance across multi-country time zones, identifying system/compliance risks ahead of sign-offs.
- Interface Management (D365 SAP): Partner closely with Technology & Ops teams to ensure daily interfaces between line-of-business (LOB) retail systems and SAP R2R function smoothly.
- Compliance & Audit Support: Liaise with internal and external auditors, supporting risk mitigation and providing cover for compliance queries.
- Process Automation & Optimization: Identify friction points across core finance processes to drive automation, workflows, and enhanced reporting insights.
What We Are Looking For
- System Expertise: Hands-on functional proficiency in both Microsoft Dynamics 365 and SAP (R2R interface experience is essential).
- Industry Background: Strong preference for candidates from Retail, FMCG, Multi-site Experiences, or Consumer Products.
- Global Roll-out Track Record: Demonstrable experience participating in global ERP roll-outs, testing, and system integration projects across matrix organizations.
- Accounting Qualification: ACCA / CIMA / ACA qualified or Qualified by Experience (QBE) in Finance Systems.
- Global Mindset: Ability to work flexibly across international time zones (EMEA, US, APAC).
