The Role:
- To land brand new clients and expand existing clients in new areas through new hiring managers.
- To grow client revenue by developing executive and hiring community relationships and adding new locations where our current customers operate.
- To proactively grow vacancy flow, ideally exclusive or at least with a head start, having an understanding directly from the hiring manager of what he/she is really looking for beyond a job spec.
- To grow your personal number (i.e. self-sourced) of rolling contractors to achieve your personal monthly starter target.
- To grow your account number (i.e. not self-sourced) of rolling contractors to achieve your account monthly starter target. You will have access to Delivery Consultant support if you have generated a large volume of vacancies or if the role fits within the niche of a Delivery Consultant.
- Develop and maintain market knowledge to achieve personal KPIs and sales targets.
- Mentor and motivate the Delivery Consultants who will be finding the candidates to fill the vacancies you generate from your clients.
Success:
- Knowledge of the global enterprise market and tech sector (ideally AWS, Salesforce, SAP).
- Recruitment industry experience (as a 360 Niche Recruiter or BD manager) or Procurement/Sourcing experience β full training is provided.
- Computer literate with knowledge of Microsoft suite.
- Experience of working to and achieving targets.
- Preparation and delivery of sales propositions and presentations.
Skills:
- Professional English speaker; speaking any German or French is a plus.
