We are seeking a confident and experienced Sage 200/Sage Intacct System Administrator for a rolling contract outside IR3 with a well‑trusted, well‑known client in the creative industry. This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing hands‑on support, solving user issues, and keeping finance systems running smoothly. The environment is fast‑paced, friendly, and relies on someone who can work independently and take ownership of day‑to‑day tasks.

What You’ll Do

  • Provide Level 1 and Level 2 support for Sage 200
  • Support users on Sage Intacct
  • Manage and resolve daily support tickets
  • Carry out repeatable system admin tasks
  • Perform basic troubleshooting and issue resolution
  • Work independently and drive solutions to closure

What We’re Looking For

  • Strong experience with Sage 200
  • Experience with Sage Intacct
  • Confidence working independently with minimal supervision
  • Ability to manage routine support queries
  • Comfortable working two days per week in a London office
