We are seeking a strategic Digital Strategy & Transformation Consultant to join our growing consulting team. This high-impact, client-facing role focuses on driving digital innovation and business transformation across industries such as energy, automotive, infrastructure, food, agriculture, minerals and oil & gas. You’ll assess client operations, design transformation roadmaps, select technology solutions and lead proofs-of-concept initiatives, working with European and international clients to deliver measurable business impact.

What You’ll Do

  • Analyse client operations and business processes to identify opportunities for digital innovation.
  • Design transformation roadmaps aligned with strategic business goals.
  • Evaluate and recommend technology solutions supporting digital initiatives.
  • Lead PoC initiatives and act as liaison between clients and technology providers.
  • Deliver insights and recommendations to C-level stakeholders.
  • Provide strategic guidance on emerging technologies and industry trends.
  • Oversee documentation and handovers, ensuring smooth strategy-to-delivery transition.
  • Foster collaboration with internal and external teams, guiding Agile delivery.

Business Development & Thought Leadership

  • Contribute to growth of consulting practice through thought leadership and go-to-market strategies.
  • Share insights on emerging technologies to enhance internal capabilities and client discussions.
  • Support innovation and continuous learning culture within the team.

Who You Are (Required)

  • Native-level English proficiency.
  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Computer Science or a related field.
  • Minimum 5 years consulting experience with a focus on digital strategy, transformation or change management.
  • Proven success delivering strategic and digital initiatives.
  • Strong communication skills with experience engaging senior stakeholders.
  • Client-first mindset, able to manage executive relationships.
  • Eligible to work in the UK and willing to travel as needed.

Preferred

  • Experience at a Big 4 or equivalent consultancy.
  • Agile methodologies and digital product ownership experience.
