This is a varied role for someone who enjoys working with people, building relationships and making things happen. You will support contractors from the moment a placement is confirmed, through onboarding and throughout their assignment, helping us deliver a professional and personal experience that encourages retention, redeployment, referrals and repeat placements. Alongside this, you will play an important role in ensuring our offices remain organised, safe, productive and well supported.

What you'll be doing:

  • Contractor Care
    • Deliver a professional onboarding experience for contractors ahead of their start date, supporting with contracts and coordinating with our Head of Compliance, Sales teams and clients to ensure documentation, system access and welcome communications are completed.
    • Maintain regular contact with contractors throughout their assignments, building strong relationships and conducting satisfaction reviews.
    • Monitor assignment end dates and proactively engage contractors and Account Managers around extensions, renewals and redeployment opportunities.
    • Build relationships that improve contractor retention, redeployment and repeat placements.
    • Develop and maintain an alumni network of former contractors, keeping them connected with Templeton and future opportunities.
    • Coordinate contractor offboarding, including final timesheets, equipment returns, documentation and feedback.
    • Conduct exit interviews and maintain an active contractor talent pool for future assignments.
    • Track key contractor-care metrics including onboarding, engagement, satisfaction, retention and redeployment.
    • Identify referral opportunities and generate qualified candidate leads through our existing contractor network.
    • Manage relationships with payroll and umbrella companies, helping resolve contractor queries quickly and professionally.
  • Office & Operations
    • Maintain a safe, professional, productive and efficient office environment.
    • Coordinate Health & Safety compliance, office maintenance and general facilities requirements.
    • Build effective relationships with tenants, landlords, office suppliers and external partners, ensuring issues are addressed proactively and cost-effectively.
    • Monitor office supplies, facilities and IT support requirements, ensuring colleagues have what they need to work effectively.
    • Act as a key point of contact for day-to-day office queries and operational issues.
    • Support office operations across the UK and our international locations, helping create a consistent employee and contractor experience across the business.

Who we're looking for:

You’ll be someone who is naturally organised, proactive and comfortable dealing with a wide range of people. You should enjoy building relationships and providing a high level of service, while also being confident managing multiple priorities behind the scenes. This role would suit someone with experience in areas such as contractor care, recruitment operations, office management, staffing, compliance or business support, who wants a role with genuine ownership and variety. You’ll need strong communication skills, attention to detail and the confidence to follow issues through rather than simply passing them on. Most importantly, we are looking for someone who genuinely cares about the experience people have working with us.

Why Templeton & Partners?

You’ll join a collaborative international business where this role has real visibility and the opportunity to directly influence how our contractors and colleagues experience Templeton.
