We’re looking for an experienced Business Analyst to join a leading UK telecoms organisation currently migrating from Nokia Cloud to AWS. This is a brand-new role within the technology delivery team, the first dedicated BA supporting a group of 15 project and programme managers. You’ll have the opportunity to build the function from the ground up, shaping workflows, documentation, and best practices across complex cloud and network projects.
What you’ll be doing:
- Lead requirements gathering, analysis, and documentation across cloud migration projects.
- Develop business process workflows and system interaction diagrams.
- Collaborate with engineers, architects, and project managers to translate business needs into technical solutions.
- Support deployments, upgrades, and migrations from Nokia Cloud to AWS.
Experience Needed:
- 5+ years’ experience as a Business Analyst in telecoms or cloud environments.
- Technical background (Solutions Architect, Engineer).
- Strong stakeholder engagement and requirements management skills.
- Ability to visualise and document workflows clearly.
- Confident working with technical teams in complex delivery environments.
