Your story
• You are an experienced IT recruiter or Account Manager, passionate about great customer service
• Ability to be agile and adaptive, showcasing confidence in navigating fast-paced, tech-driven environments
• You have a passion for creating solutions to deliver customers objectives whilst aligning them perfectly with our models – to ensure profitable growth
• Adept at encouraging strong relationships with clients, candidates, and stakeholders
• Skilled in research and technology, able to pick up new systems quickly
• You are goal oriented, understand the need for solid planning and clear execution – but love to be part of a winning team and not a solo act
• Excellent communication skills and ambitious, positive self-starter attitude who thrives in a fast-paced environment
• You are creative and feel limited by the opportunities a traditional recruitment company presents to achieve your goal
