Join a leading global news & media organisation as part of a high-performing EMEA Sales Operations team. You’ll support the EMEA Team by ensuring campaigns run smoothly from booking through to delivery—working with major international brands and high-value media spend.

What You’ll Be Doing

  • Manage and track advertising campaigns across EMEA markets
  • Reconcile campaign delivery (“what aired vs planned”) and resolve discrepancies
  • Partner closely with Sales teams to provide updates, insights, and reporting
  • Maintain key client accounts and ensure campaigns run accurately
  • Coordinate end-of-day handovers with global teams (Europe → US)
  • Produce reports and analyse data using Excel

What We’re Looking For

  • 1–3 years’ experience in sales ops, campaign ops, media, or admin-heavy roles
  • Strong Excel skills (reporting, data handling, spreadsheets)
  • Bonus points if you use(d) Crossroad, Admiral and related systems
  • High attention to detail and accountability
  • Confident communicator (email, Slack, stakeholder interaction)
  • Proactive and organised—able to manage quieter and busier periods
  • Backgrounds that work well: Media / broadcasting / advertising, Sales support / operations, Finance / reconciliation / data admin

The Team

  • Small, international EMEA team
  • Collaboration with global stakeholders (Europe & US)
  • Structured hours: 9:00–17:30 (no late hours)
