The Role
A leading global media organization is seeking a high-energy TV/Digital Advertising Sales Executive Planner to join their EMEA advertising sales division. You will be within the operational heartbeat of one of the largest global portfolios having the opportunity to be truly international including EMEA, Africa, Asia and other regions. This role is a unique mix of strategic media planning and detailed financial administration. You will be responsible for the end-to-end campaign lifecycle, from the initial brief and client proposal to the final invoicing and reporting.
The Ideal Candidate Profile
We are looking for an entry to mid-level professional. You must be comfortable working independently while also guiding a junior assistant.
- Core Requirements:
- Industry Experience: Must have 1–2 years of experience within a Media Agency or Publisher environment.
- Channel Expertise: Proven experience in Digital advertising is essential, and experience in TV/Broadcast is highly preferred (or a strong willingness to learn it quickly).
- Media Planning: Hands-on experience taking a client brief and building a full media schedule/proposal.
- Technical Mastery (PowerPoint): Ability to create high-quality, client-ready pitch decks and presentations.
- Technical Mastery (Excel): Exceptional Excel skills for managing budget splits, tracking metrics, and campaign numerical upkeep.
- Post-Sale Management: Experience managing the administrative side of campaigns, including contracts, billing, and invoicing.
- Attention to Detail: Absolute accuracy is a must; your CV should demonstrate a flawless eye for detail.
- Global Mindset: A genuine interest in international markets and diverse cultures.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop tailored media plans and supporting documents for specific international territories.
- Oversee campaign management from start to finish, ensuring all materials align with client expectations.
- Manage all administrative tasks related to contracting, invoicing, and tracking payments.
- Guide and mentor the team’s Sales Assistant to ensure efficient workflow.
- Collaborate with creative and production teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
