We’re currently looking for an experienced Employment Law Consultant to join our team on a flexible, remote-first basis. This is a self-employed position with an 80/20 profit share model — you retain 80% of the revenue you generate, with full back-office support provided. It’s ideal for someone who values autonomy, professional freedom, and fair reward for their expertise.

Role Overview

As a consultant, you’ll work directly with clients on a wide range of employment law matters — including contracts, disciplinaries, grievances, redundancy, and general advisory work. You'll manage your own client relationships, with the freedom to work on your terms, while being part of a supportive, collaborative team.
