The Opportunity
This role is ideal for experienced Immigration Solicitors, Barristers, OISC-registered advisers, Immigration Consultants, or ambitious Caseworkers who have an existing client base, referral network, or proven ability to generate work.
As a self-employed consultant, you will have the freedom to manage your own clients and workload while benefiting from the support and reputation of an established law firm.
You will advise and assist clients on a broad range of UK immigration matters, including:
- Sponsor Licence applications and compliance
- Skilled Worker visas
- Innovator Founder visas
- Global Business Mobility routes
- Settlement and British citizenship applications
- Home Office compliance and audit preparation
- High-net-worth and business immigration matters

What We're Looking For
- Have strong knowledge and practical experience in UK immigration law.
- Be a Solicitor, Barrister, OISC-registered adviser, Immigration Consultant, or experienced Immigration Caseworker.
- Possess an active referral network, existing client base, or demonstrable business development capability.
- Have experience handling business immigration matters, particularly Sponsor Licences and Skilled Worker applications.
- Be commercially minded and capable of working independently.
- Demonstrate excellent client care and communication skills.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.
- Have a clean regulatory and professional record.
