Role Overview: As Administrator, you will play a central role in supporting the overall performance and day‑to‑day running of the home, working closely with the Home Manager as part of the internal management structure. Your organisation, attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities will directly support operational efficiency and service delivery. You will take ownership of core administrative systems including payroll, contracts, compliance records and internal processes, ensuring all information is accurate, up‑to‑date and handled with confidentiality. Acting as a first point of contact, you will manage enquiries and coordinate visits, ensuring a professional and welcoming experience for residents, relatives and visitors. You will also support the coordination of staffing processes and line‑manage Reception staff, helping to maintain a well‑organised, responsive and professional front‑of‑house and administrative function.
