A leading global Media Entertainment organisation is seeking an Employee Relations Investigations Coordinator to support its rapidly evolving EMEA People Relations function. Working within a highly collaborative HR, Legal, and Compliance environment, this role supports sensitive workplace investigations and employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, case coordination, governance, and operational support within a fast-paced, high-confidentiality environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations teams through accurate contemporaneous note-taking during investigation and grievance meetings.
  • Maintain investigation records, documentation, and case tracking within systems including CaseIQ, Workday, and ServiceNow.
  • Coordinate interviews, meetings, diaries, reporting, expenses, and investigation-related administration.
