A leading global Media & Entertainment organisation is seeking an Employee Relations & Investigations Coordinator to support its rapidly evolving EMEA People Relations function. Working within a highly collaborative HR, Legal, and Compliance environment, this role supports sensitive workplace investigations and employee relations matters across multiple jurisdictions. The position plays a key role in ensuring accurate documentation, case coordination, governance, and operational support within a fast-paced, high-confidentiality environment.

Key Responsibilities- Support Employee Relations and Workplace Investigations teams through accurate contemporaneous note-taking during investigation and grievance meetings.
- Maintain investigation records, documentation, and case tracking within systems including CaseIQ, Workday, and ServiceNow.
- Coordinate interviews, meetings, diaries, reporting, expenses, and investigation-related administration.
- Partner closely with HR, Employment Counsel, Compliance, and senior stakeholders across EMEA and global teams.
- Ensure all records, communications, and case materials are managed with strict confidentiality and procedural accuracy.
- Support reporting, governance, audit, and employee relations tracking activities.
- Assist with cross-border investigations and international coordination where required.
- Experience within Employee Relations, HR, Workplace Investigations, Legal, Compliance, Governance, or HR Operations environments.
- Previous exposure to employee relations cases, disciplinary processes, grievances, investigations, or sensitive case management activity.
- Strong experience producing accurate meeting notes, investigation documentation, or formal records.
- Excellent organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong stakeholder communication skills with the ability to engage confidently across all levels.
- High attention to detail, discretion, and professionalism when handling confidential matters.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Teams, Outlook, Word, and Excel.
- Experience using HRIS, case management, or workflow tools such as CaseIQ, Workday, ServiceNow, DocuSign, or similar enterprise platforms.
- Experience supporting workplace investigations or Employment Law-related processes within a multinational organisation.
- Exposure to governance, ethics, compliance, or organisational risk management functions.
- Additional European language skills including French, Spanish, or Polish are advantageous.
