A leading global media, entertainment & consumer brands organisation is seeking an experienced Interim Franchise Manager EMEA to drive franchise strategy, brand growth and commercial performance across international markets.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute EMEA franchise and brand strategies .
Lead campaigns, launches and commercial initiatives.
Manage relationships across marketing, licensing, consumer products, retail, content and commercial teams .
Identify market growth opportunities and monitor performance.
Coordinate cross-market projects and stakeholders.
Support forecasting, reporting and strategic business reviews.
Experience
6+ years in Franchise, Brand, Marketing, Licensing, Consumer Products, Category or Commercial Marketing.
International/EMEA market experience.
Strong commercial, analytical and stakeholder management skills.
Experience in a complex, matrixed organisation.
Advanced Excel, PowerPoint and Power BI skills.
Experience with digital/AI tools and data-led decision making highly desirable.
Ideal sector experience: Media & Entertainment, FMCG, Consumer Products, Toys & Games, Sports, Gaming, Retail, Licensing, Technology or IP/Brand Management.
