Role Overview: As a DevOps Engineer, you will be an integral part of an agile team. Working to improve the speed, resiliency and scalability of product delivery pipeline. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, contributing to the product vision and roadmap, ensuring best practices are applied across the board. This is a fantastic opportunity to use your technical expertise to shape cloud infrastructure and automation processes, whilst also playing an active role in day-to-day sprint execution.
Responsibilities:
- AWS Infrastructure Management - design, build and manage AWS infrastructure using Terraform and CloudFormation
- CI/CD Tooling - design, implement and manage continuous integration/continuous delivery tools such as: Jenkins, Nexus within Kubernetes.
- Stakeholder Communication - present technical concepts and solutions to both technical and non-technical stakeholders - ensuring clarity and understanding.
- Agile Collaboration - support sprint planning, demos and other agile ceremonies - ensuring team is on track to achieve Sprint and PI goals.
- Best practices - ensuring to stay up-to-date with the latest DevOps trends and best practices, incorporating them into the team's workflows.
Who you are:
- 3+ years experience in DevOps, with a strong understanding of cloud infrastructure (AWS) and automation tools (Terraform, CloudFormation)
- Hands-on experience managing CI/CD pipelines and tools such as: Jenkins, Nexus, SonarQube in a Kubernetes environment
- Ability to provide technical guidance to development teams and stakeholders - technical and non-technical.
- High level of knowledge with best practices in DevOps, CI/CD and cloud infrastructure.
