To support this continued growth, we are looking for a Property Services Coordinator to join our expanding technical surveying team. Alongside a technical team of Building/Compliance Surveyors, the Property Services Coordinator is responsible for managing a wide range of integral housing and property administration processes. The Property Services Coordinator will report to the Lead Compliance Surveyor and support the integral management of all statutory property compliance administration. Administrative activities can include mutual exchanges, Section 20 consultations, tenant/resident permissions, wayleave agreements and property surveys. The role works closely with residents, surveyors, contractors and legal stakeholders to ensure all property and compliance services are delivered efficiently, professionally and in accordance with legislation, tenancy agreements and organisational policies. You will benefit from an agile working environment working within the office, in the community and on occasion, from home.
